We are pleased to announce the 5th National Building Physics and Environmental Control Conference, to be held on May 7-8, 2026, at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Istanbul.

Organized by the Association of Building Physics, the conference will bring together current research on energy-efficient passive and active systems, thermal, visual, and acoustic comfort, nearly zero-energy buildings, zero-carbon approaches, efficient water use, fire safety, and indoor air quality. It will also highlight the transformative role of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and machine learning–based performance assessments in the field of building physics and environmental control.

The conference is open to the participation of researchers, architects, engineers, industry professionals, and undergraduate and graduate students interested in the field.
